PRICING AND PAYMENTS
The prices (if any) quoted on www.quantumlinx.com.au may be in US$ and do not necessarily include government taxes (GST is applicable for Australian issue credit cards).

We reserve the right to refuse to and to accept an order request in whole or part.

The Client will be charged automatically, on a monthly basis as payment for services as described on the website.

QuantumLinx Pty Ltd. reserves the right to change the fees charged for its services and payment methods at any time.

CANCELLATIONS
A request for termination of services must be forwarded in writing by way of email, facsimile, or ordinary post to quantumlinx.com at least 14 days before the next recurring payment is due and for a termination to be effective quantumlinx.com must confirm in writing with the Client that it accepts its request for termination. No termination of services will be accepted verbally.

Once a request for termination has been accepted by quantumlinx.com termination will be completed within 14 days of date of acceptance by quantumlinx.com.

There can not be a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, of any monies taken from the client by QuantumLinx because of the failure of the client to notify QuantumLinx.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE and REFUNDS
QuantumLinx Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes to the position of Client's Web Site/s in the Search Engines results pursuant to the provision of search engine optimisation services by QuantumLinx Pty Ltd.

Any refunds are at the discretion of the administrators of QuantumLinx Pty Ltd and QuantumLinx Pty Ltd are not required to refund any services under any circumstances although will consider any situation on a case by case basis and should clients believe that their case warrants a refund it should be submitted to the administrators of QuantumLinx Pty for consideration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
QuantumLinx Pty Ltd. and www.quantumlinx.com.au will not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages resulting from use of the website or inability to use the website, even if QuantumLinx Pty Ltd. and/or www.quantumlinx.com.au has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages, including but not limited to:

- Loss of profits, loss data and other intangibles
- Costs of purchasing substitute products
- Costs or damages resulting from related to any products purchased or obtained
- Messages received or transactions entered into through the website
- Resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Resulting from or related to any information contained on this website
- Any imposed liability shall be limited to re-supply of information or services.
