Get Top Search Engine Rankings

The project details and tasks will collectively be hereinafter referred to as “Work.” Work will resume upon receiving written confirmation including electronic mail and fax.

SERVICE Proposal:

• Search engine analysis for keywords appropriate for your website;
• Basic on-page optimization (one off) including changing the Title Tag, H-tags and content (minor changes only) to maximize search engine rules;
• Keyword competition analysis and determination of the best 3 keywords to target per page;
• Regular reporting detailing the number of pages indexed in Google, Yahoo and MSN;
• Regular reporting of success of rankings for all keywords targeted in Google, Yahoo, MSN and Alexa.
• Basic SEO education and access to in house documents.
• Article submission and distribution (at our cost) for initial keywords up to 4 articles you provide. (Can be generally about your industry or customer interests and at least 500 words long).
• High quality, one way aged domain linking - for all keywords in a keyword set (only 3 during the first month) to make sure your website gets to the top and stays there.
• Given FTP and username and password, all changes aforementioned changes done for free OR you can have our SEO expert contact your technical specialist.
• Google Tracking implementation for the targeted pages.
• Consultation with search engine specialist to determine and target 'money' keywords - keywords that target your clients looking for your product who are ready, willing and able to buy.
• Website build out and traffic plan to harness even more traffic from the search engines, to strategically get top rankings for all profit generating keywords in your business.
• Discussion of strategies for advanced rankings domination, explore other channels of lead generation, education, research, analysis and knowledge to generate additional profits.

COPYRIGHTS AND LICENSES: Client receives full rights to any collateral developed by QuantumLinx exclusively for Client, including brochures, newsletter content, web copy, and advertising copy. However, QuantumLinx retains full copyright and usage rights to any and all messaging content (social networking content), articles (SEO content), and any content used by Client that is not exclusively produced for Client (including, but not limited to, content previously produced).

PRICING AND PAYMENTS: The prices quoted are in US$ and do not include government taxes (GST is applicable for Australian issue credit cards). Client will not be charged on the date of execution and will only be charged on the monthly anniversary thereafter. Client agrees to pay any invoiced fees and bills on presentation. We reserve the right to refuse to and to accept an order request in whole or part. QuantumLinx Pty Ltd. reserves the right to change the fees charged for its services and payment methods at any time.

CANCELLATIONS: Either party may cancel at any time, for any reason, with express written notice (including electronic mail) to the other party. A request for termination of services must be forwarded in writing by way of email, facsimile, or ordinary post to QuantumLinx Pty Ltd at least 14 days before the next recurring payment is due and for a termination to be effective QuantumLinx Pty Ltd must confirm in writing with the Client that it accepts its request for termination. No termination of services will be accepted verbally. Once a request for termination has been accepted by QuantumLinx Pty Ltd termination will be completed within 14 days of date of acceptance by QuantumLinx Pty Ltd.

There can not be a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, of any monies taken from the client by QuantumLinx because of the failure of the client to notify QuantumLinx. Any completed work not yet invoiced must be immediately invoiced to Client and promptly paid on presentation of the invoice to the Client.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE and REFUNDS: QuantumLinx Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes to the position of Client's Web Site/s in the Search Engines results pursuant to the provision of search engine optimisation services by QuantumLinx Pty Ltd. Any refunds are at the discretion of the administrators of QuantumLinx Pty Ltd and QuantumLinx Pty Ltd are not required to refund any services under any circumstances although will consider any situation on a case by case basis and should clients believe that their case warrants a refund it should be submitted to the administrators of QuantumLinx Pty for consideration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Client agrees to indemnify and hold QuantumLinx Pty Ltd harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the Work at the request of the Client.

QuantumLinx Pty Ltd. will not be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or damages resulting from use of services including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss data and other intangibles; costs or damages resulting from related to any services purchased or obtained; resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data. Any imposed liability shall be limited to re-supply of information or services.

GENERAL: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede any previous agreement between the parties. A waiver of a breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same or other provisions. They shall be governed by Australian law and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian Courts.
