Some of our clients:

This blog post is long overdue.

I really want to thank one of my clients, Don Jenkins from www.granicreteaustralia.com.au for making both the time and effort to come  visit me in Sydney. His wife had to fly up here on some business and he took the opportunity to come up and spend a day with me.

Don has been a wonderful client of ours for over 2 years and believe it or not, until that day, we never met. I hear he is excellent at anything concrete too….. in case you need it.

We’ve done some great work for his business through generating enquiries through SEO (in fact, he gave us a wonderful testimonial – you can read it in our client’s results page) and he has referred about 5 companies to us.

And we managed to help each other out purely through the internet (email primarily) and a phone.

If you take a little time to think about that, and how far we have come, it’s just absolutely fascinating.

Getting back to his trip, we wanted to take some time out to discuss business as well, and further opportunities that may eventuate.

After picking him up at the airport, we had a quick breakfast at  Ripples at north sydney with Anish (our Head Of Online Strategy).

From there, and because really wanted to experience Sydney (as it had been like 7 years since he had last been here), we decided to do a  3.5 hour trek to the peak of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Mother nature was with us, as the previous day, and later that evening, there was very little visibility and it rained. at the top, however, visibility was excellent  and the day was great.

If you haven’t done the Bridge Climb, i highly recommend it. You get to learn a bit about sydney and you have a lot of fun doing it.

Here is a photo of us right at the top:

Don And Ash On The Bridge Climb

(I’m the last on the left and Don is the next to me)

Throughout the climb, i also got a real chance to get to know Don and talk business. There may be other opportunities we may explore.

After the tiring climb, Don and I were starving so we took a short walk down to Circular Quay and  joined Anish and Diane (Head of Operations and Finance) to one of my favourite Cafe’s in Sydney, Cafe Sydney (seriously, that’s the name of the cafe), located at the rooftop of Customs House (one of my favourite  building in Sydney).

We talked more business, about our plans and our families. It was really great getting to know Don, and it gave a good excuse to take a day off…

Thanks Don, we all had a great time. Can’t wait for you to come visit us again.. .
